Flexible Refund Policy for Individual Software Applications

Our refund policy applies on a per-application basis within the WintegoSPY Monitoring Software Suite, priced at $5.9 per software per year, or $47 for the entire suite. Refunds are granted for specific applications rather than the entire suite.


Partial Refund Conditions

You may qualify for a partial refund of $5.9 per software application under the following conditions:

  1. The application is not functioning as advertised, leading to dissatisfaction.
  2. Our Customer Support team fails to respond to your query within 24-48 hours, prompting your decision to discontinue the service.
  3. The software exhibits technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.

Example Scenario:

If you purchased the entire suite for $47 and are dissatisfied with three specific software applications, you may request a refund of $5.9 per application, totaling $17.7, as long as your request falls within 30 days of purchase.


No-Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Unsupported Devices: The target device uses an unsupported operating system.
  2. Missed Deadlines: More than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
  3. Declined Support: You refuse technical assistance or fail to follow the provided installation guidelines.
  4. Unauthorized Use: The software is installed without the explicit consent of the device owner or is used for illegal purposes.
  5. Feature Misinterpretation: You request a feature not included in the advertised capabilities of the software.
  6. Connectivity Issues: The target device lacks internet access due to expired data plans or poor service.
  7. Stealth Mode Functionality: Refunds are not available if the software operates as intended, including working in stealth mode.
  8. No-Installation Version: Issues arise from failure to secure legal consent for Gmail credentials used in this version.
  9. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.

Legal Disclaimers

  • Authorized Use Only: By using WintegoSPY, you confirm that you own the monitored device or have explicit consent from the owner.
  • Call Recording: One-sided call recording may occur due to firmware limitations on some devices. Solutions are available for compatible devices.
  • No-Installation Version: This version requires legal consent to use Gmail credentials for monitoring.

Refund Procedure

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us via support@WintegoSPY.com or complete our refund request form, providing all required details about the software in question.
  2. Assessment: Our Customer Support team will review the issue and verify your eligibility for a refund.
  3. Approval & Processing: Once approved, we will process a refund of $5.9 per application. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Processing Timeline:

  • For U.S. clients: Refunds are processed within 7 business days, with a $9.5 deduction for payment processing fees.
  • For non-U.S. clients: Refunds are processed within 14 business days, with a 12% deduction applied for international processing fees.

Important Notes

  • This refund policy applies only to specific applications within the suite, not the entire suite purchase.
  • Refunds aim to balance customer satisfaction while preventing misuse of the policy.
