Because Wintego Spy does not require sign-up or store monitored data, we collect very limited information:

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Telegram Bot Data
When you use our Telegram bot:
Your chat ID is temporarily stored to route data to you
Monitored data passes through Telegram’s infrastructure
Wintego Spy does not retain or store any monitored data after delivery
Telegram’s own privacy policy applies to messages in their system

2. DATA DELETION POLICY – WINTEGO SPY
Effective Date: 27th September 2025
1. Core Principle
Wintego Spy does not store monitored data on our servers. All screenshots, logs, recordings, and monitoring data remain on the device being monitored.
2. How to Delete Monitored Data
On the monitored computer or phone:
Navigate to the Wintego Spy installation folder
Delete any local log, screenshot, or recording files
Or uninstall the software entirely (removes all local data)
On Telegram:
Delete the chat conversation containing delivered data
Wintego Spy has no stored copy after delivery
On our servers:
We retain no monitored data. Nothing to delete.
3. Deleting Your Payment Information
Payment information is processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Contact them directly for deletion requests. We do not store credit card details.
4. Deleting IP Logs
IP logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. You cannot manually delete them earlier.
5. No Central Account = No Central Deletion
Because Wintego Spy does not require sign-up or create user accounts, there is no account to delete. Each installation is independent.

3. TELEGRAM BOT DATA PROCESSING POLICY – WINTEGO SPY
Effective Date: 27th September 2025
1. Overview
Wintego Spy uses a Telegram bot to deliver monitored data remotely. This policy explains how that bot processes data.
2. What Data Passes Through the Bot

3. Data Flow

Data is not stored by Wintego Spy after delivery
Data may be temporarily cached by Telegram (see Telegram’s privacy policy)
Data is not encrypted by Wintego Spy before sending to Telegram (Telegram offers client-server encryption)
4. No Retention
Wintego Spy does not:
Log or archive data sent through the bot
Store copies of delivered messages
Use delivered data for any purpose other than delivering it to you
5. Your Responsibility
Keep your Telegram account secure
Delete sensitive data from Telegram chats after viewing
Understand that Telegram may retain data on their servers
6. Bot Limitations
The bot cannot access your other Telegram chats
The bot only responds to your chat ID
If you lose access to your Telegram account, you lose remote access to monitoring data

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY – WINTEGO SPY
Effective Date: 27th September 2025
1. Permitted Uses
You may use Wintego Spy only for:
Monitoring a minor child’s device that you own, with the child’s knowledge
Monitoring company-owned devices where employees have signed a written monitoring policy
Monitoring your own personal device
Monitoring under a valid court order
2. Prohibited Uses (Zero Tolerance)
You may not use Wintego Spy for:

3. Consequences of Violation
If we discover or suspect a violation:
Permanent ban from purchasing or using our software
Referral to law enforcement with all available information
Civil and criminal liability remains yours alone
