1. OUR LEGAL STANCE

Wintego Spy provides monitoring software exclusively for legal, authorized, consent‑based use. We do not condone, support, or tolerate any form of surveillance without the explicit informed consent of the person being monitored, except where strictly permitted by law (e.g., parents monitoring their minor children on devices they own, employers monitoring company‑owned devices with signed policies).

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Wintego Spy complies with all laws in your country, state, province, and local jurisdiction.

We actively cooperate with law enforcement. Unauthorized use of our software may result in criminal prosecution, civil liability, and permanent ban from our services.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY & ATTESTATION

By installing or using Wintego Spy, you certify under penalty of perjury that:

  1. You have read and understood the laws of your jurisdiction regarding electronic monitoring.

  2. You have obtained all necessary consents or court orders required by those laws.

  3. You will not use Wintego Spy for any illegal purpose, including spying on spouses, partners, roommates, or any adult without written consent.

  4. You accept full legal and financial responsibility for any violation of law arising from your use of the software.

  5. You will indemnify Wintego Spy against any claims, lawsuits, or damages resulting from your unauthorized or illegal use.


6. REPORTING UNAUTHORIZED USE

If you believe someone is using Wintego Spy to monitor you without your consent, please contact us immediately:

We will investigate and, if confirmed, terminate the violating account and cooperate with law enforcement.


7. JURISDICTION SELECTION TOOL

During installation, Wintego Spy requires you to select your jurisdiction from a dropdown menu. Based on your selection:

  • Some features will be automatically disabled

  • persistent notification icon may be required on the monitored device

  • Additional consent documents may be required

You may not falsify your jurisdiction. Doing so is a breach of our Terms of Service and may constitute computer fraud. We log your IP address and may cross‑reference your selection with your actual location.


8. CHANGES TO THIS PAGE

Wintego Spy may update this Jurisdiction & Compliance page as laws change or as we expand to new regions. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
